Healing takes time and processing a loss can be a lot for an individual to work through. Often the energy can feel stagnant and grief can get trapped in the body, making it difficult to move forward.

Hypnotherapy can help to ease the stress and anxiety associated with grief, creating a sense of peace and well-being for both the physical and mental state. This is time for you to truly go inward in a safe and supportive environment to access and release the aspects of grief that are not serving you, and find an allyship with the grief you will forever carry with you, thus lightening the load.

This package includes three hypnotherapy sessions combined with the vibrational tones of sound healing instruments* to address different aspects of grief one may be facing, and help to bring about a sense of peace and resolution.

Exploring the Rooms of your Psyche

There is so much in the depths of our psyches that forms the way we move through and perceive the world around us. It shapes how we see ourselves and therefore how we respond to grief, trauma, and life's transitions.
In this series, we venture on a deep exploration into the various rooms of your subconscious. Following a hypnotic induction we enter "The House of You" to investigate its many rooms and explore the metaphorical meanings of what is found within. Each session following the initial exploration will be custom written to focus on your unique healing journey where we will tend to rooms that need support and explore new spaces.

This package includes three hypnotherapy sessions combined with the vibrational tones of sound healing instruments*. Each session is followed by a discussion to unpack what these journeys have revealed and guidance as to how to support your process and progress moving forward. Additional sessions can be added on to continue the exploration.
