About the event
In these ominous times, it's important to keep our spirits strong and focus on our energetic hygiene to shed the heaviness that is not serving us so that we can continue to advocate for ourselves and each other.
Bree Rose will guide you into a meditative state through the use of a gong, crystal singing bowls and voice while Melissa will support your process through Reiki, tuning forks, and Himalayan singing bowls.
